Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the PixPe platform, websites, WhatsApp assistant, and related services (the “Services”).

Last updated: 5 June 2026

This document is a working template provided for product and demo purposes. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before production use.

01Who we are & acceptance

The Services are operated by PixPe Technologies (“PixPe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, configuring a account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

02The Services

PixPe lets a client company (the “Corporate”) define expense rules and lets its employees clear approved business expenses over WhatsApp — selecting a category, uploading a bill, and providing a UPI destination. Spending is governed by the limits and policies the Corporate configures (per-transaction, daily, and monthly, by department, grade, or individual).

03Accounts & eligibility

  • Corporate accounts are set up by PixPe and activated by a designated finance administrator (CFO).
  • Employees are added by their Corporate and activate via a one-time code sent to their registered email.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • The Services are intended for business use by registered organisations and their employees, not for consumers.

04Corporate responsibilities

  • Configure spending policies, categories, and limits that are accurate and lawful.
  • Ensure employee data you upload is accurate and that you have a lawful basis and any required consent to share it with us.
  • Fund and settle approved reimbursements in accordance with your commercial agreement.
  • Use the kill-switch and approval controls responsibly to manage spend.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, inflated, duplicate, or personal expenses as business claims.
  • Attempt to bypass spending limits, policies, or platform controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering purpose.

06Payments & third parties

Reimbursement payouts and collections may be processed through third-party providers (e.g. UPI, Razorpay, PayU) and messaging is delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. PixPe is not a bank and does not provide banking, deposit, or lending services.

07Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and content, are owned by PixPe or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. Your data remains yours.

08Fees

Fees, billing, and any platform or transaction charges are set out in your commercial order or agreement. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

09Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixPedisclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain data is deleted or returned in line with our Privacy Policy.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the seat of PixPe’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local law.

12Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the platform. Questions? Contact support@pixpe.in.
